Terms of service

All orders are shipped free of charge within Canada and the United States. However, the following additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by CU-COPPER DESIGN:

• Carrier COD (cash on delivery) fees imposed at the time of delivery
• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for cross-border shipments
• Any carrier surcharges assessed after the order has been dispatched

By placing an order with CU-COPPER DESIGN, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any such fees. Non-delivery resulting from refusal or inability to pay carrier or customs fees does not qualify for a refund or chargeback.

Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Our products are custom-made to order and cannot be restocked. Items damaged during shipment are not eligible for a refund — we strongly recommend purchasing carrier insurance for full coverage.

Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, CU-COPPER DESIGN reserves the right to submit all available evidence, including order details, shipping confirmation, and these terms, to the card issuer.
