Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

Please note that while we cover the cost of shipping, any additional fees imposed by the carrier — including cash on delivery (COD) fees, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees — are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are assessed by the carrier or customs authority and are outside of our control.

If a package is held by the carrier due to unpaid COD or customs fees, we are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from the buyer's refusal or inability to pay those fees. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

For cross-border shipments (U.S. orders), buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes levied at the border.
