No returns or exchanges.

We do not accept returns on custom made and damaged goods. We cannot refund if item is damaged during shipment.. While it is uncommon that an item is damaged (we package with high quality materials), we do recommend you place insurance on your piece to receive a full reimbursement from the carrier in case of damage. If your item was damaged during shipping, we will assist with all claims
